"You've got to be very careful if you don't know where you are going, because you might not get there"
- Yogi Berra
So the grand reconstruction continues. Slowly. I spent a good portion of the previous evening on the couch with my trusty laptop, watching Doc Halladay polish off a bewildered Reds lineup and then (the coup-de-grace)watched as the Yankees came from behind against a resilient Twins team to take the first game of the ALDS.
And, bestest part evah, I got some work done behind the scenes on this site.
I am planning for more of the same, though I will be getting a later start on the repair work due to the Clone's football practice.
But it's slowly getting done. I am hoping to have the Twitter feed back online today as well as restore the secret compartment that holds all the poetry and stories.
I'm pretty sure I have at least one beer in the forecast as well.
For the sake of getting the job done, I will skip out on Gray's Anatomy.
I couldn't even type that with a straight face.
(I'm even now wiping tears from my eyes.. I kill me..)
Seriously. It's playoff baseball and my beloved Yankees are on the hunt for number 28.
So I have my plan for this evening ready to go. And that is important.
Just ask Yogi...
